Our Energy Profiling Division provides many Local Authorities and Housing Associations with valuable stock profiles to enable them to assess the condition of their housing stock. We can then provide you with the raw data or produce and analyse reports giving you a greater insight into the condition of your stock.
Whether you have a select group of properties or are looking to profile your entire stock we can survey them for you. Collecting and collating the data, using leading stock profiling software to analyse the results and providing you with usable data to improve the overall quality of your stock.

InFocus
InFocus uses analytical modelling techniques to extrapolate the characteristics for every dwelling in a specific area. This process analyses the actual shape as well as location of buildings using a Geographical Information System (GIS). This allows us to identify which dwellings are likely to share characteristics. Information includes: the tenure, age of occupants and likelihood that they are in receipt of benefits.
Existing information, such as completed installations and energy/stock condition data, can be overlaid onto the InFocus model and any missing characteristics extrapolated. We can then use this information to estimate the measures that can be installed in the specific area and the carbon reduction potential.
HotSpots
HotSpots allows Climate Energy to present local building-related data to help develop intelligence on Community Energy Saving Programme (CESP) areas. We analyse and manipulate building-related data to identify priority areas.
HotSpots enhances the visualisation of CESP potential via mapping techniques, it can also help optimise targeting and optimise the uptake of retrofit measures.
Scanning Services
Climate Energy has in-house scanning capability to assist local authorities and registered providers in collating and compiling data on their properties from information collected through paper surveys and forms. We are able to undertake:
